CURTIS J. BROWN

Curtis has a diverse transactional practice, including sophisticated financing, merger and acquisition, and real estate transactions, as well as business formations, real estate contracts, mineral acquisition and management agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and estate planning. 

Curtis spent the first part of his career in-house as counsel to companies ranging from start-ups to multinational NYSE listed billion+ in market cap companies, helping them both grow and implement sound risk management solutions for their businesses.  After leaving his in-house positions, Curtis has provided services to a variety of clients, including small businesses, real estate developers, construction companies, manufacturing companies, homeowners associations, contractors, and individuals by helping them implement sound strategies in business and asset protection.
