BRYAN R. FARRIS
Bryan Farris is, first and foremost, a Dealmaker and Bridge-Builder in Business and in the Community. Bryan is a legal expert in Corporate Transactional and Business law firm specializing in energy; real estate transactions, development and financing; business entity formation—for-profit and Non-profit; mergers & acquisitions; and capital financing (securities and Non-Profit Fundraising) playing a leading role in bringing together diverse legal matters and projects requiring innovation and creativity. Mr. Farris has been the Lead Counsel on residential, industrial and commercial energy and real estate projects. While performing these functions for legal clients on a professional services basis, Mr. Farris has also been a principal of multiple businesses that have been involved in large-scale transactions, including multiple lucrative exits.
